Hacking Install game updates on older System Version?

Now that 9.3 is out and I'm staying on 9.2 waiting for Gateway to release their exploit, is there any way to install game updates through hombrew launcher or any other method? I have the latest 1.2 updates for Pokemon ORAS on my old 2DS and I'm trying to find a way to get them onto my new 3DSXL. Both my 2DS and 3DSXL are on 9.2.0.20U. Thanks for the help.

Nope, doesn't have the permission level needed for cia installs. Pretty sure that cia installs were working on gateway 9.2 though in their video

I ordered a gateway already and am just waiting for it to show up and for the gateway team to release the new 9.x exploit
