What does TWN mean on Sylveon sorry I'm a bit noobish and I can't find it on Google anywhere, and PCBC?

Are you talking about the Sylveon that was distributed in Taiwan(TWN)?

EDIT: Looking at the Wondercards, idk what PCBC stands for but those are the ones that hold thier respective megastones and are battle ready... Pokemon Center Battle Competition/Championship?

I've been using Powersaves for quite a while now, then last night I had this "hardware not found" error. It appeared right after I load my Powersaves, I haven't chosen any codes yet. The USB plug is connected properly so it was weird, my game also can't be read by my 3ds after.

So is my game dead now? And also do I need to buy new Powersaves? I don't have another game to test if it's still working or not. Does anyone here has the same problem?

I don't think there's "China/Taiwan/Hongkong" regioned 3DS. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_3DS#Launch_titles)

Also, it's probably released as a English WC, hence "English" WC section.

Also note, there isn't Mandarin as a language for Pokemon Games.

Was it a English wondercard when you dl-ed it?

contact datel but it looks like they are still bricking game cartridges , we need a new alternative to datel this cant go on

You'd have to apply a code wrong of for it to write outside of your cartridge to be bricked, you'd have to be extremely unlucky.

Try another USB cable if you have one. If it's able to read your game, try restoring a back-up file and see if it works.

yeah but it has happen before , to be fair frequency has been less than it was in the beginning but its still an issue that makes the device unsafe

My case is weird because I haven't even choose a code when it happened, It happened when the code list was loading then suddenly "hardware not found", my USB cable and cartridge was properly connected and I am always very careful when using Powersaves, really strange...

Yes I will try it but I don't know if it would work because my game can't be read by my 3ds also. My 3ds treated it as if there is no game inserted. :/

If you have a friend with Powersaves, try using thier's on your computer. If it works, you bought a faulty one. If it doesn't, then something is wrong on your end.

Okay I'm gonna point out some stuff.
My Pokémon X game has been bricked before from applying the Wondercard modifier without master balls. Therefore I had to buy a new copy but this time I bought Y.
Your game is only bricked when it says it cannot recognise your cartridge in your 3ds but it does let you start it up.
If it is semi bricked, you can play XY completely but you cannot save or delete your data.
So I tried it on a different computer and it's working perfectly! I switched from a dell laptop to a Samsung one and I've had no problems since, here's what I would recommend;
-try a different computer or USB cable.
-make sure your game is actually bricked before coming to that conclusion, if the icon when you insert the game doesn't appear, you just need to clean it because it can get dirty from putting it in the slot from Powersaves.
-if it is bricked, there's nothing you can do, buy a new copy and deal with it although you can still transfer your Pokémon on your bricked game on pokebank.

That's about it, hope this helps.
And it does say when you order or purchase it 'buy at your OWN risk.'
EDIT: Also make sure you've bought the right region of Powersaves that suits your cartridge or it will not work.
Check your computer supports Powersaves and that firewall isn't blocking it.

How though if I only used it for like a week, when it came out? :0 It randomly broke for not using it ? No way XD

it's possible that you got the wrong regioned Powersaves.

Powersaves is region locked.

edit:

If you are unable to backup/see codes for card2 games, (nand games, such as pokemon)
and able to backup but unable to see codes for card1 games (such as mario kart 7),
chances are you have the wrong region serial code.

You'll go through looped connecting disconnecting etc.

Before you e-mail datel (link for their support is in the previous page),

Make sure your powersaves is allowed access through firewall,
as codes and card2 backing up requires internet access.

This thing:

It's been years since I used GBATemp but I recently bought powersaves to use with Pokemon Y, I am stuck with the continuous loop issue. I plug in my game and it will got from no hardware found, to insert your game, and then to the screen with 3 tabs. After this it just loops, the whole process takes about 1 second and I have cleaned the cartridge several times.

License is correct and so is my email I am entering. I have emailed Codejunkies using the site but no reply yet, anything you would suggest other than;
different USB cables
cleaning cartridge
different systems
different USB port
as I have done all of these
