Hacking Ordered from Cymods, arrived very quickly, highly recommended!

I literally just made up my mind to buy a Gateway and so added it to my basket, and lo and behold it now says: "No products exist in this category."

Is this how Teensy says they are out of stock? It literally was showing up a minute ago, I was all ready and excited to buy it and then bam.

Any alternative UK based resellers I can buy from?

we do not accept PayPal I'm afraid, we can accept payment by credit/debit card. postal order or cheque.

Ok all done I ordered from Cymods, should arrive in 3-5 days. I was tempted to get the 3DS XL from them as well, but I'll have to go hunting this week instead.

Damn, I ended up ordering one from China, as it didn't show up on Teensy, so now I've got a long wait. How much did you pay?

It was £58. I did it from Cymods where it is £53 but I chose fastest shipping for £60. I chose them because they take Paypal.

Teensy is completely useless when it come to commuication , they take ages to reply to your emails as well as Twitter if they ever do.
If you look on their website there are a number of recent 1 star reviews slating them for this, however people on here have said the have received the product.
I don't know why these companies are so crap at responding

Maybe we should create a sticky rating the resellers ?

I can confidently say that Cymods have been wonderful in communicating with me. What was rather unlucky is that there was a national holiday in Cyprus this week, which they explained is why my Gateway was shipped a day later and I was having trouble with logging in to their site but that was also solved.

I have to say i totally agree with you , i contacted a few different suppliers in Europe and Cymods was the quickest and most attentive i too ordered from them and even though it will take 5-10 day rather then 2 days locally i would rather go with a company who communicates with me in a timely manner unlike Teensy and PowerUP

My Gateway has arrived from Cymods. Ordered it Monday evening with express (3-5 days) delivery. However they coudn't ship it till Wednesday as Tuesday was a holiday in Cyprus. Today is Friday so it only took 2 days to arrive which is incredibly quick, quicker than advertised! If I had ordered early on Monday or Sunday perhaps it would have arrived on Wednesday, the day I got my 3DS XL .

So yes, very happy with the service, very quick, perfect, excellent etc. etc. Highly recommended for those in Europe and other countries near to Cyprus. Or even if you're from America! (though it will take longer to arrive).

Did you have it delivered to the UK ?
Did you have to sign for it or was it posed through the letter box ?
How was it packaged?
Did the tracking tell you were it was on its journey ?

UK yes.

Had to sign for it.

Inside of alarge envelope, and the Gateway cards were in a small light cardboard box. No instructions so be sure to read up beforehand (there's a great video on the Gateway website that explains everything).

Tracking told me yes. However it's not got full tracking of the van's location, just general stuff eg. At airport, leaving country, arrived, on postal van etc.

Highly recommended.

Mine got sent out today so hopefully have it by Tuesday/Wednesday

Cymods told me the card will come with the 2.1 update so wont have to do that myself
