I don't understand what's so hard about placing the launcher on the SD card and trying it out yourself.

But no, you don't have to reinstall the exploit.

Its being updated with a new GUI on the site. It takes a age to load but it looks way different

Very simple way to make this a non issue... Just change the layout of your icons in Emunand to take up two rows instead of one. You would be hardpressed to get it wrong after that.
One row = Not safe, you aren't in gateway mode!
Two rows = Fine, do what you like.

Oh and to answer your question no it isn't fixed. Someone explains it quite well earlier in this thread

My SD card with updated emunand will not recognized by my pc with windows 8.1
Try to extract my emunand but is not possible now.

Anyone suggestions?

Now it's back to it's original design. Maybe that'll be the layout when gateway is finally released.

Have you tried CTRL+F5?

Has that issue been fixed that beta 2 had with the emunand version where you can accidentally update the system nand?

Is very easy.

1) Configurate internet setting
2) Remove internet setting in nand

And internet settings is set up only in emunand.

Well most likely they just abuse the DMCA-notices to get sites like gbatemp to remove those files because they may or may not be illegal due to piracy. I pretty much doubt that those files contain any code nintendo has a copyright on.
The result however is that sites who don't want to go to court because of this just remove the files like gbatemp did (which is completely understandable).

It actually contains multiple official/patched 3DS nativ_firm file, which is illegal to share.

sorry my bad i should have read the title i just saw all this hype with people super excited then automatically thought the damn thing must have been released. i just hope people don't faint when the actual thing gets released.
