[POLL] How do you react when you failed in a game

I'm more of a "who gives a fuck, its a game." sort of guy. If i'm not enjoying it though i'll quit out and play something else.

Depends. Some games are just cruel with checkpoints and sends you back halfway through the stage. At that point I just give up on the game and try again later.

This, depends on what game for me. For example in Terraria, forgetting to set your spawn and having to go halfway across the map with no items to get your items back will make me pretty pissed, especially since you can't quit or your items disappear.

It's just a game; what's there to get mad over? It's virtual reality. Of course there was that one kid that rage quit and followed the sequence you see beneath this comment. Anyone else find that it's not good to have a little brother who likes to annoy you while you're playing a game?

In MOBA's like LoL, I just rage at myself, (if I'm to blame).
I usually call names and fuck all over the place, but I hardly ever do it in chat. I just tell it myself and keep it to myself, I won't insult other human beings.

I'm usually either "oh well" or "AGH D:", depending on the fail. But if I keep failing for reasons that I don't think were really my fault, I might eventually end up growling at the screen. I rage quit extremely rarely.

i'm usually the "agh", then "fuck", then "...", then proceed with turning the power off.

Given I use GC controllers (which are not easy to find them), or PS3 controllers. So I'm cautious.

On Oot whenever I got stuck, I'd reset my file. It was funner that way and I'd do a little better each time.

Depends on the reason for the loss. If I was beaten by a superior player, I'll simply tip my hat to him and call it a day. If I lost because of some dirty trick, I'll throw a hissy fit at my controller and play something else to calm down. If I lost because I was absolutely killing it but the rest of my team were a bunch of newbs who suck donkey ass and all killed each other by accidentally throwing C4 at each other for the entire game, I'll sign out of that lobby and search for people with at least a modicum of skill. If I lost because people on my team know full well what they're meant to be doing but were too busy fucking around trying to get some trophy for killing off your team mates or some other crap, it's the one time I'll use my mic to hurl hysterical abuse at other players.

But as a rule I find myself with a brief moment of frustration, then tip my hat when I see the kill cam and know that it wasn't some dirty trick, it was just a good shot, and I move on.
