Gaming Sooo I screwed up my AC save :(

Last sunday I was travelling, and I used a trick to get some more play coins, per accident I put my date a few years foward... Now my village is screwed up in all ways that I know that are possible. What should I do? Restart my whole save? I already put back my date to today =_=

My turnips are rotten as well now bye bye 1000k bells....

My girlfriend did similar, but she only went to April and back.

I'd just rebuild if you have a lot of inventory/complete sets.

You time travelled, unless you have the town ordinance of beautiful town, then that's what you get for time travelling. Changing the date in order to get more coins is pointless since the coins you get from skipping dates, means you won't get any coins when that day arrives, plus, a lot of games are affected by the system time and date so I'd recommend you don't mess with it, although it's too late now. z.z

The game doesn't see the date change I usually make, I just made an error. I have the late night town ordinance -_- also what you state about the coins is NOT true. I am a pro with messing with the date for play coins, I also can tell it doesn't have any weird effects, only your amount of steps get's freaked out. :3

The reason I still get coins tomorrow is since I do the following:

Go into settings, put my date ONE day forward, then immediately put it back to today.

But I'll reset my town after dropping stuff somewhere

Yes it does screw up your town if you don't put the date back like what did happen to my town, if you switch back your perfectly fine.
