It looks to be a spam attack, they are posting about 10 messages a minute so it's impossible to keep up with any of yellows8's progress

They're just spambots, all they really need to do is close registrations since wiki editing is not all that useful to the majority of public users anyway.
If anyone actually wants to contribute to the project such as translation work, they can always just contact the site maintainers.
At the very least these spamsbots only seem to be crapping up their own userpages, not the actual content.
