I have so much free time lately ( been almost 5 months ever since I was so busy with my work)

My genre for game is usually RPG (well J-RPG to be exact, with TBS battle or point & click like generic mmorpg)
I've browse entire steam library but I think nothing offering something that I want.
I have Bastion, been playing it but extremely bored since it's pretty much just whack at anything.
Played Torchlight/II and having same experience with Bastion.

for MMORPG the last game I played is Glory Destiny, but I quit because they merge their english servers with Chinese servers and went fully chinese, although they also offer me a code key to play on their US server (different title same game)

I played Battle of Immortals couple years ago for almost a year, I like that game specially with what you can do with pet.
However PWE (the publisher) decide to ruin it by releasing overpowered items on their mall shop (and only available on mall shop), and it's quite hard to stay competitive if you're not spending lot's of money to that game.

and before that Rohan, well... it's same like above (actually kinda worse)
all those game almost had same gameplay (pet, point&click, and dungeon to get gear except for rohan)

I'm still looking something had tbs battle, for PC game, haven't found it, and I think I almost complete all RPG games on DS (except pokemon series)

The only online game I find is Atlantica online. My buddy said it was fun until you hit lv 60.

Was considering to get Dungeon Siege III, but decided not getting it after seeing gameplay on youtube.
it's more action with lvl up system than a RPG (well almost all RPG in steam also action-adventure games with lvl up/gear system)

is there no more golden games similar like Xenogear, Suikoden, Breath of Fire I/II/III anymore? :(

If you can find nothing on Steam (with all the games they host) then you're gonna have a hard time finding anything.

Diablo 3, maybe? :) Never played it myself, but alot of my friends have and they say that its a good game ;)

I can think of
the last remnant (squenix)
Penny Arcade's On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness( jrpg styled adventure)
breath of death VII
chtulu saves the world
or how about the crapload of rpg maker game floating around on the web

if you want to dip into the roguelike realm there's dungeon of dredmor

Have you tried Ys Origin and Ys The Oath in Felghana?
They're both j-arpg and are available in steam.

check out torchlight for a good dungeon crawler. or grab the humble indy bundle for a bunch of cheap games

You might like Dungeons of Dredmor. It's a RPG/TBS/rogue-like with tons of content, and Steam workshop. The game + both paid expansions (the other expansion is free) are currently $2.49 USD total on Steam right now. Tons of content, great replay value, fantastic price.

If you don't mind an MMORPG that's a bit older (but still functions perfectly fine), you could try Ragnarok Online. ON A PRIVATE SERVER. Private servers dominate official and have for yeeeears, with much more solid bot prevention and detection, and actual balancing done on the top-tier servers. ratemyserver.net would be the place to go to get started finding a server.
Otherwise I probably couldn't suggest anything. MMOs these days are pretty shit.
Oh except, try to avoid PWE MMOs. They've got to be the most incompetent MMO hosters of all the big names. They're fucking useless in every single regard. They somehow pick up some solid MMOs, and then proceed to ruin them.

TBS: (not jRPGs...pretty much going to need a console for those)
Total War: Shogun 2 (if your computer can handle it...if not you could research previous Total War titles, I forgot what the good ones were)
XCOM: Enemy Unknown
Geneforge series / Avernum series (anything by Spiderweb studios really...awesome games, but pretty oldschool)

If you liked Torchlight, i'd check out Path of Exile. No idea if it's open to the public yet or not (since I got into closed beta months ago), but it's a damn fun Diablo/torchlight style game.

JRPGs: (remembered a few)
Fairy Bloom Freesia
Fortune Summoners: Secret of the Elemental Stone
Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale

All 3 fairly oldschool, mechanic wise. But I found 'em charming and cutesy. All 3 use an active combat system, not TB. Cheap too, and all 3 has a great demo to get a feel for the game. Recettear especially.

I got a list of things you should search up on YouTube:
Leauge of Legends
Maplestory
Runes of Magic
Diablo 3
+1 to LoL. I thought it wasn't for me, until I played it 5 times, and got completely hooked. Amazing stuff really, but, I recommend finding some friends to play it with.

Also, Steam Winter Sale is happening as we speak, be sure to profit of the discounts!

yeah, I think someday probably I'll just get vita and play over hundreds oldschool rpg psx games

everytime I read about RoM comments on review site it always full hatred towards the botters.
for LoL, I prefer Dota for Moba games (and I am still playing it sometimes)
most RPG titled on steam is Action RPG (including ys series & other titles you mention)

Thx for pointing dungeon of Dreadmor (it's just less than $2 atm)
Probably after new year I'll try Guild Wars 2. I've read nothing but positive feedback's for it.

for Free MMORPG I'm still downloading Loong, tried wakfu but it has so much limitation for non-subscribers.

Try Phantasy Star Online 2 !
Still only Japanese but no IP restriction and there is a "translation patch" which at least translates the menues.

What the hell is wrong?

I could write a novel on what's wrong. But, lazy.
Massive, glaring balancing issues and a very obvious pay2win model (or moreso a pay2have anyone acknowledge you as more than useless fodder anywhere near endgame) are two of the biggest issues against that game.

I used to play it, and faced no issue. There is nothing wrong with it, calm down.
