Hey, here's an insane idea. Have any wode owners disassembled their shiny new consoles and see if it hooks up? I'm sure plenty of you will let me know what a stupid idea it is, but hey, nothin to be done about it now.

I checked. The connection is COMPLETELY different. It would require a whole new WODE device.
Even though the connection is completely different (I was expecting it to be), this is likely to be the first way to play backups, as soon as someone reverse engineers the drive commands. I'm hoping it'll happen soon, but who knows.
