I was messing a little with the files on the SD card trying to do something, I forgot making a backup and when putting the SD back it said "data corrupted, format SD card to continue". There was nothing really important in it, and since I didn't have a choice, I did. I redownloaded everything including Nintendo Letter Box. However, when I try to enter, it says "data corrupted, delete extra data to continue". Problem is, there is no extra data :\ What can I do?

Hmm, you might want to try reinstalling it, if that doesnt work. See if you can manually delete the data from the SD card, its possible that if its corrupted then the 3DS is also unable to read it. Worse comes to worse, just format it, if all you have on it that you care about is eShop content then it shouldnt hurt since it saves that data, but I would link it to a CN account before doing anything too drastic if I were you.

The 3DS said it can't read the data of the SD card, so it reformatted it itself. Then, I proceeded to download everything I had. Everything worked fine even if it didn't have the save data, but only Nintendo Letter Box gave me issues, as it said I need to delete its save on "Extra Data". Unfortunately, there is no Extra Data of Nintendo Letter Box. Trying to delete it on Software and reinstalling it didn't work either.
Any other suggestions?..
Edit: If I put an empty SD card on my 3DS, will it automaticly put all the 3DS basic stuff on it?
