EDIT: I can't stay much longer i'm off out tonight, as you have no idea what R4 you have i'll leave you with http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/

There you will find loads of different R4 firmwares, so i suggest you try them out, see if you can locate yours.

the same as usual it says it needs a save shall we make it than it loads and than it says it doesnt work

Also make sure you format the microSD using the Panasonic SDFormatter http://filetrip.net/...ows-f27344.html

EDIT: making sure you make a backup of your microSD first.

It's possibly a bad ROM. Download another from a different website or try another game.
