You know, I'm the kind of gamer that nintendo loves, cuz I know I'm going to buy this game just because it's a super mario game and I can play those all day long. Time to get my speedrunning gamer gloves back on

Um...why do you say that? Not only does it have new levels and enemies, but it also puts emphasis on an omnipresent yet often overlooked aspect of Mario. From what they showed, the games are pretty unique, I certainly wouldn't call this a "Copy and Paste", even with the little information that's been released.I think this is the most disappointing Nintendo game ever!
It's a lazy job, a Ctrl c Ctrl v game!
A mercenary move by Nintendo!
More of the same!
It looks like they spent all the time working on NSMBU and at the very ending decided to make this game to look like they care about 3DS!

New Super Mario Bros U looks really good!
What I'm disappointed is with NSMB2!
3D effect is terrible! (worst 3D effect in all cartridge games)
The game looks pretty much the same compared to NSMBDS!
The graphics are terrible and misuse the 3DS potential!
The game lacks originality!
Where is Yoshi?
Where are the new power-ups?
Where are the NSMB Wii power-ups?
I'm tremendously disappointed and this really looks a Ctrl c Ctrl v game!
There are much more to show about this game, but what was already shown, was a terrible way!
I'm hoping that they show something that change drastically my opinion!

Where is Yoshi? If it's there (and I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't, since Yoshi debuted in the Wii version), they probably didn't show it because it's an early E3 trailer
Where are the new power-ups? This is an early E3 trailer that was trying to emphasize the new focus of the game, chances are they didn't have time to squeeze them in or just didn't want to/couldn't.
Where are the NSMB Wii power-ups? You do realize that this is not only an early E3 trailer that showed very little, but also a sequel to the DS version, right? Why would they have Wii power-ups?

Where's your source? Games change, and it wouldn't be the first time a game was shown at E3 and the final product had far more content than the E3 trailer. Not even close to the first time.Game is still in development.
You do realize that there are left only two or three months to the release of the game, don't you?!

The game will be not much different from what we saw, unless it get delayed,

Dude, the game comes out in less than 3 months... stuff might change, but not that much. And I've yet to see a 3D trailer on 3DS that looked "less" 3D than the actual game. If this game were coming out in November (a la SM3DL), then I'd find it believable that things would drastically change. But for a game coming out in 2 and a half months? Don't kid yourself.Where's your source? Games change, and it wouldn't be the first time a game was shown at E3 and the final product had far more content than the E3 trailer. Yes, it will be that 2 minute trailer of presenting the new focus, and can't possibly be anything else, disregarding the stuff they said prior to the showing of the trailer.Where's your source? Games change, and it wouldn't be the first time a game was shown at E3 and the final product had far more content than the E3 trailer. Not even close to the first time.
Be reasonable, there is no way they can do that with just few time!
There may be more content or power ups, but if it is true, they will be showed at this software showcase,
if don't, forget about that, it will be that piece of crap we already saw!

I know. But does he REALLY need to fire bubbles? Can he even eat enemies normally anymore? I mean, Yoshi is supposed to be Marios stead you know. I can see why he can eat enemies and blast fireballs and stuff. But Baby Yoshi being able to do this also defeats the point of even having a normal Yoshi. It comes off more like Nintendo is flipping anyone who said NSMB should be based on World then actually trying to base it off World IMO. That and TBH I'm really sick of these NSMBs I mean it was cool on the DS the Wii was nice but also painfully easy (my lil bro beat half of it in 30 minutes, without my help...) IMO. But that's more of my personal grip with it.What do you have against Baby Yoshi? He was one of my most memorable things about SMW, and he only lasts a couple seconds before it grows (after eating a certain amount). In fact, it's less effective than Yoshi (unless you think Yoshi's cheap as well).Man, I hope Mini yoshi isn't in this version. I mean, I was going to grab the WiiU version for my little bro and me to play but... mini yoshi... so damn cheap.... uuuggghh... I guess ill grab this one instead if it doesn't have that which I doubt.

No, I've played it all my life... it was the first game I ever played... I have a tradition of kicking bowsers ass on my SNES every year out of it... why would you even assume that...I take it you haven't played much of Super Mario World, have you?I know. Because Baby Yoshi functions pretty similarly, from what they've shown. As I said, you can't "choose" Baby Yoshi over Yoshi, it will no doubt become Yoshi, and there aren't that many of them. No, I've played it all my life... it was the first game I ever played... Comparing 3D trailers of games I already own to the actual games (SM3DL and Kid Icarus Uprising, in particular), I literally see no difference. They look just as 3D to me as the actual games.REMEMBER HOW 3DS VIDEOS WORK. They are pre-rendered so the 3D effect doesn't work how its designed to work with the actual game.

? Oh. You mean when he EATS A SHELL. Not automatically. Plus, we don't knoe how many there will be in this title. If its a low amount like 1 or 2 levels with him per world or he has to be unlocked like in SMW then I'm cool with it but it shouldn't be like every. 3 or 5 levels they stick me with one. The ORIGINAL I liked but these honestly seem cheap to me. Also, I'm not saying that you can choose one over the other, I'm saying that if I'm playing and I see Baby Yosho being able to fire bubbles that turn shit into coins, I'm going to avoid giving him enough to eat to grow into a bigger yoshi and to me it defeats the point of even having Yoshi it feels like they could have just made bubble Mario or something and called it a day.Because Baby Yoshi functions pretty similarly, from what they've shown. Unless there was another trailer I missed, there's nothing in the trailer that insinuates that baby yoshi appears in every freaking level...? Oh. You mean when he EATS A SHELL. Not automatically. He grows after he eats enough. He uses his powers by eating. Yoshi does the same as the previous statement, and he also runs faster than Mario and allows Mario to use his abilities/makes use of Mario's abilities. Because of those three statements, he's effectively less...effective than Yoshi.? Oh. You mean when he EATS A SHELL. Not automatically. Plus, we don't knoe how many there will be in this title.
