Nope. You need to use an older controller.Just was wondering if there was a way around using my Wiimote plus with Hackmii so I can get the homebrew channel and such
To mod his wii, of course. He must have purchased one of the newer wii's and must not have an older wiimote. Why would you need/want to do that?
It has nothing to do with the Wii he owns, it's the remote. To mod his wii, of course. He must have purchased one of the newer wii's and must not have an older wiimote. Why would you need/want to do that?
@OP, purchase an older one or borrow one from a friend.
I know it does not directly have anything to do with it, but I was making the assumption that if he has a brand new wiimote, no older wiimotes, and his wii is not soft modded then the likely scenario is that he just purchased this wii very recently. It has nothing to do with the Wii he owns, it's the remote.

It's only the newest models. They started appearing around November.I got lucky. The Wii Remote + that came with my Wii works with everything perfectly. Those specific remotes are still a bit of a problem though from what I know.
