Homebrew error while running pokemon rumble on dolphin 3.0

Im trying to run Pokemon Rumble on dolphin and i get :"Failed to compile pixel shader!this usually happens when trying to use dolphin with an outdated GPU or integrated GPU like the intel GMA series."And more text.
Im running dolphin 3.0 on windows xp x32.Please help me and reply asap.Ill upload an image of the error later since i cant right now.

are they necessary to download?i really want to play the game,please help me,did anybody else get that error?
 
The error seems to suggest that your graphics card doesn't support Pixel Shader 2.0, which is a minimum recommendation on the main website. You could try updating the driver for your graphics card.
 
You can find a bit of information about your system if you look in System Information, it can be found by going to All Programs > Accessories > System Tools. Once you get onto System Information, click the + button next to Components and click on Display. This should give you details about your graphics card.
 
ok,um it says alot of stuff,not exactly wat type i have.so can you give me a website to get a new one(team fails website didnt work for me)
 
Unless you don't want to shell out some money for a better graphic card (and also making sure it will work with your current system), I guess not.
