I don't like the 'universe' idea. I think Nintendo won't give us a name we'd expect.

if this is going to be simultaneously on the 3DS and the wii U what does that say about the compatibility between the two consoles? surely they'll have some means of contact between the games.

The options would be:
-None.
-Local wireless
-Internet wireless.
-Use the 3DS as a Wii U Controller and be able to see parts of the other screen in 3D on the 3DS or something.


But why are we talking so much about this game? Everything still seems to be based on some vague rumor...

Wii U controler does look pretty much like the bottom half of 3DS
so id assume games that can work with each other will be not inpossible

One key difference: there are 2 analog sticks on the WiiU tab.

Makes me think they made the Wii U tablet just so they can release a 3DS Player peripheral. I still have my GameCube + GameBoy Player.
