I'll admit that does look awesome though in terms of copyright and piracy, can Sony, Nintendo, etc stop him? When it comes to Nintendo, yes, they definitely can.

That Mario Sunshine disc is a rom with an emulator so that definitely falls under piracy.

I do hope this becomes a huge success somehow as it all looks so cool.

It's kinda funnysad that, modern stuff really needs a HDD worth of space for it, but portable installs and no-cd's were around a long, long time. If he's nor selling nor openly teaching people how to, then its gray area plus way more effort than anyone average would be willing to put into this.

As far as Nintendo, well, all the eWaste companies sell their janky android garbage preloaded with the emulators, which contain the bios, but we don't see Ninderp going after them since China couldn't care less about and especially Japan making a stank about shit.
