Is sts row 2 and 1 possible to port on switch and if so who can do it

have you ever heard the tragedy of Saints Row 2 source code?

For Saints row 1 i think theyre using Xenia to port it to PC, so until a true decomp port can be done, its gonna be limited imo. Was earlier this year or late last year.

For saints row 2 Gentlemens mods beens major thing and Source code is lost, theres been a wild chase for it. With recent Push for decompilation and recompilations hopefully theres more interest in it. Theres no decomp port at the moment i think

The full story behind the source code of SR2 is just so sad. A dying many working until his final days to try and fix a game he was passionate about. And in the end he never got to do it.

But yeah currently a static recompilation of the first game is being worked on and is expected to have an alpha release for PC next month. However thats an alpha and likely wont be in a state where ports are reasonable for quite a while. However the dev said that doing the same for 2 wont be much more work since the SR2 engine is just a slightly upgraded version of the first game's.
