Hey hey, I hope someone here has an answer for me again.

I'm really starting to give up on finding the map, and now I see that NHSE would work normally again. Now, let's say I were to adjust the beach a bit (change the rocks or the beach itself, but just something feasible), would the Manila clams still appear normally? Or would the edited areas then be blocked for them? I've heard both scenarios and hope someone can confirm this for me.

As long there is a beach acre, everything will spawn as normal

My tool should not mess with lights, I tested against an island visited in RAM and made sure my tool "upgrades" the item layer the same way the game does. I will look at it again for that specific DA, but to me, that still sounds like the same NHSE issue. NHSE doesn't have an option to export the ItemSwitch0 and ItemSwitch1 layers from the island, which results in lights being turned on and off differently when you copy acres and item layers from another island.

How do I do that? my plan is to get everything and give it to myself to catalogue on my non hacked save/switch. thats why I was gonna go for the island

edit: I know about the "give all" command for the hacked switch, my thing is easily being able to transfer to my non hacked

Use island transfer tool, send the villager to hacked switch, give everything, send back to non cfw switch

Hello. When I dumped the map with nhse, it seemed to work properly with nhse, but when I turned it on on Nintendo Switch, there are a lot of empty spots on the items, and the trees and flowers are in strange places. Do you know why?

I had the same issue and had to convert my original save to a 3.0 version (by updating my game to the 3.0 update and resaving it). I then used NHSE to dump the map from the other island and import it to my 3.0 save.

The version 2.8 and 3.0 have different acres values, that's why the map end "crooked"
