Is it still working. Every Game i tried Crashes the Moment it Triest to connect. Can someone help

Fixed, added support to new RTLD and versions of Minecraft so it shouldn't crash on boot anymore.

Currently tested on 1.21.123.

If there's any other game that needs fixing lmk

Thank you so much!! Works great on 1.21.131 and pairs well with bedrock connect to join outside servers :D

For anyone that doesn't know, you can manually add the bedrock connect DNS information into the default.txt file in SD:/atmosphere/hosts to permanently redirect the servers on any connection.

Is a bit possible to get banned if you have 90s DNS and the emummc.txt and blocked out all Nintendo servers

Is it possible to get banned if you have 90s DNS and the Emummc.txt and blocked out all Nintendo servers cause it seems to be working just asking because I have no idea how you set it up like are you bypassing a Nintendo servers and going directly to Microsoft or are you making it think that you have Nintendo switch online sorry I’m kind of new to the modding community

i keep getting "the software was closed because an error occurred"
my game was running fine on 1.21.114 but when i tried to update to the latest version (1.21.131) it gave me this error

EDIT: never mind, someone sent an updated tagnx on this page and it worked for me
Can you link me it? I’m also on 1.21.130

Minecraft has been (hopefully) fixed! Edited main post, but also attaching here!

Also for the tagnx manager - If people want it I can make that happen!
It seems to allow me to log on to Microsoft but then it says I can't join any servers because it's not logged into Nintendo LOL

Still very cool and appreciate your efforts

Thanks for sharing the source @systemdev

Great research! I dropped it into my latest release of D3Hack - switched to _REPLACE hooks to reduce overhead everywhere that Orig() wasn't used

Good morning, it would be interesting to consider the possibility of making this project for Diablo 3. I know you guys are busy, but I'm just throwing out an idea.
I will dig into feasibility of actual online play later (I suspect Blizz actually validates) - for now I just wanted to kill the error nags and quickly drop it in for testing

so besides an initial link between nintendo account and palia account, Palia uses entiely Palia's servers (don't even need NSO) is there anyway to use this to access on switch again after having been banned?

Tried the latest version of Minecraft. No matter how many times I try, I can only join a recently created world, and after that, I will get error BLAZE and would never connect again. Tried to logout - login Microsoft account, closing game - world - WiFi - etc. Nothing works ever again. Even if I get to connect with my son, when my wife tries to join will get BLAZE error, then I wouldn't be able to join, and so on and so on. This definitely seems to work at first glance, but the reality is that it's completely frustrating to ever get Minecraft multiplayer to work for Nintendo switch, legit or not. Local wireless does not work, and online with friends with Microsoft account neither. Am I missing something to do? I feel like I'm done with this, but I keep trying because my kids.

I even got further and tried to tie Nintendo accounts, make them friends, dumped user account from SYSNAND to EMUMMC just to try local play because that stupid requirements of being Nintendo accounts friends for a local wireless play, the only game that requires this it seems. Nothing worked.

Please, please, if someone knows how to make it work, I'd really really REALLY appreciate it.

I know maybe is asking to much but maybe does it exist a patch to not require to be Nintendo friends to join wireless play? That also removes internet requirements, I love playing animal crossing or Mario kart outside home with no internet, but Minecraft is the pinch in the *.

Thanks for reading my frustrations.

Nada volvía a funcionar. ¿Me estoy perdiendo algo?

I'm in the exact same boat as you, with the same problems. I hope someone can help us.

Easiest solution to Minecraft on switch is android, honestly. It even runs better. You won't get the mario texture pack and skins, but those cannot be used online anyway.

I won't say the risk is totally 0. The fault would likely be due to the user rather than the methods. A hosts file blocks it on a system level through atmosphere rather than relying on whoever is running the DNS service to keep you safe. Just make absolutely sure to verify your host files weren't altered when updating atmosphere. But generally yes, these methods will keep you safe from ban and if you feel like having the extra precaution it wouldn't hurt using both.

For more info on setting it up you can check this link:
https://switch.hacks.guide/extras/blocking_nintendo.html

are you bypassing a Nintendo servers and going directly to Microsoft or are you making it think that you have Nintendo switch online
All I did was set up tagnx by dragging and dropping the downloaded files to my switch's SD card, manually added the bedrock connect redirect info to my hosts file (which is only required because I play on an outside server), and then I was able to sign into my Minecraft account as normal and join online games.

I do not have an actual Nintendo account linked to this profile so no switch online subscription or anything, I have a fake account linked to my profile via linkalho, but I do not remember if that was necessary for this to work and it definitely isn't necessary if you already have a Nintendo account linked to your switch user profile. Also, if you do not care about joining outside servers via bedrock connect, the only requirement should be tagNX.

what domain should be in hosts for bedrock connect because github page only has dns method
You'll want to use the domain list they provide for adding bedrock connect to an existing DNS found here:
https://github.com/Pugmatt/BedrockConnect/wiki/Using-your-own-DNS-server

You need to add each individual server redirect into your hosts file as their own line formatted with the redirected IP address first, 1 space, then the original address. It will be opposite of the bedrock connect chart and looks something like this:

104.238.130.180 hivebedrock.network
104.238.130.180 play.inpvp.net
104.238.130.180 play.galaxite.net

Just do that for all the servers then in game go to the servers tab, and you'll see a "join to open server list" message for the servers you set up redirects on. Click join on one of those servers and then you'll open the bedrock connect server list to join any server!

Hopefully this helps clear things up!

Edit: Tested and can confirm this still works on 1.26.0. I was able to join a friend's game and external server successfully. I originally had trouble getting the server list and social panels to open, but closing the app and setting the correct date & time fixed the issue for me.
