Hi all, just got his game for my hacked switch and cracked on PC. Is it possible to use the cross save feature somehow? Will drag and drop from Switch to PC work? It seems the file structures are different.

I didn’t realize until I played the Chronicle Mode that it actually has far more content than the Story Mode, and it’s way more complex too. Countless players grind for thousands or even tens of thousands of player packs just to unlock new athletes. I’m so grateful for the cheat codes you created—they’ve made getting players so much easier, to the point where we can unlock them instantly. Without these codes, grinding for player packs would’ve been totally exhausting.
When you speak about the heroes than yes... And the fables where you need like 4 heroes for 1 fable - ridiculous^^
But of course... It feels more of an achievement when you do it the hard way
But all other 5400 players times how much different spriti types are in the game? 8? Crazy stuff

Nope... There are 2 different save file formats as of my knowing... So you can not transfer it from one to another but I am no save game specialist so maybe with some easy converting to can do it, but not out of the box... And of course the feature with the cross save function ingame you better know why this is not working in your setup

Yep! Unfortunately, unless there is a converter it seems like the cross save cant be used. Luckily I wasn't very far into the game at all so not too much lost. I'll just have to start over.

Yes, I've noticed that most of the videos online focus on in-depth guides to player heroes. For a player like me who doesn't have high demands for players, the way I'm currently acquiring them is so much easier compared to theirs. I'm really happy about it. Anyway, I'm already content with being able to enjoy this game effortlessly. Most importantly, thank you for creating these cheat codes.

Yes honestly from time to time I look also this kind of videos... But that would be the way it is meant to be played! But when you do not have ambitious to the be very best online you can cut all this fable players and have ton of hours fun with this game... You only need the fables because of the best stats - okay - and when you build your team in a specific direction... Rough play, Tension team etc. but normally not necessary in your playthrough offline

And thanks for all the cheat mentioning... The most part is very fun for me... I have not count how many cheats we have but there is a lot - nearly 70 cheats I assume... But its getting more and more complex - like you see when I have to correct one little cheat the rest have to be in sync also (with the code cave adjustment) and now you see it with the try from Pointer cheats to ASM cheats that the goals worked better before and the tactics also^^ so that is the not so great fun on the table I think... Because the adjustment is very time consuming and you have to do so many steps manually and I don't have to forget somthing in between - but rather than that it makes a lot of fun for me also!!
Here a few codes you can enable ingame... But I think the Victory Star is not available there? Have you opend up the advents calender, there was also this item when I remember correctly...
Otherwise you could use the cheat for it but the one with the riceball have to be enabled also so that your riceballs are converted into the victory star... But make a backup of your save before... it is not checked if you have already obtained the item for example victory stone so you could end up with more item places with that item and maybe confusing behaviour in your playthrough
First of all, the code for obtaining Victory Star is already included in the cheat code file — please check it carefully. However, there is a prerequisite for using this code: you must have Rice Balls in your item pocket to convert them into Victory Star.

The cheat code that converts Rice Balls into Victory Star, Victory Stone and Divine Hand Grass works really well for me, and so far there haven’t been any glitches or issues.

Selected Item 999Selected Item +100 (Press R3)These quantities are far too small—they won’t suffice in the late game and will require repeated farming. You might consider increasing the quantity to 8888, which should be just barely enough. I’ve tested this number with all items, and so far there haven’t been any issues at all.Could we even consider bumping it up to 88888? I’ve seen plenty of online videos where players using PC mods set the number to over 100,000 with zero problems. This stuff is in huge demand later on, when you need to upgrade players’ rarity and quality.
I’ve had zero issues using it so far — the quantity has even exceeded the cheat code’s set value, with no errors or glitches whatsoever.

8888 and 9999 are only barely sufficient. I’m not sure if you’ve ever upgraded a player — the process consumes a huge amount of these items. That’s why I think the quantity should be increased to five-digit numbers to meet the actual demand.

However, I have no idea how to modify the quantity in hexadecimal — I know absolutely nothing about coding. The cheat code that sets the selected item to 8888 units was actually shared by @CorvoAttano in the thread.

No you are right... Because of the hero only team or fable only team I only play with them so never upgraded one player
But no problem... It is only the last line in this cheat where in hexadecimal format the number is stored to which each item is set... So no big problem here to go higher.
I can change the quantity next time when I update the file... In between it is easy for example

Based on my in-game usage experience, setting the quantity of these items to 88888 or 99999 — that is, upgrading from the original 4-digit number to a 5-digit number — will be perfectly sufficient.

You initially set the item quantity to a low value out of concern that it might cause issues like save file corruption, right? Now that I’ve used it with absolutely no side effects, it proves that the quantity can be increased.

Hahaha, yes, I was referring to items and props. I would actually be worried about issues if the quantity of hero player cards were set too high — they feel relatively more complex. The current quantity set by your code is perfect for them. We only need to increase the quantity of items and props to five-digit numbers, since four-digit numbers are not sufficient.
I can tell you explicitly that it works perfectly well — I’ve used it with absolutely no issues at all. You can convert exactly as many Victory Stars as the number of Rice Balls you have. The screenshot I attached above shows the results after I used it.

I can not remember corretly... Could it be that a user in the beginning of this thread mentioned some problems? Maybe it was only with the sprits not sure here...
But I tried a more save quantity at first... When it is good we can go to a 5 digit as you wrote

honestly, i don't belive its possible, max would be around 65k.
BUT, in case its possible more, that'd be overkill....
with around 8k you have more then enought, even for beans....
You can try out now... I have updated the file on the first post with all we know so far.
Here I have now tried to put item quantity to 99.999 - you can try out if this works or not and give feedback.
Also please try out if I not did some mistake in the file. I corrected some other codes as well...
Added also some other stuff.
What is now working is also when you did not obtained a hero or a fable you can also auto add it and it should work. So no requirement more for obtaining at least 1.
And the one user was right... Only obtained player spirits are added and not all... Have to dig deeper one day how we can solve this when it is requested... But with all the heroes etc. maybe not needed? Not sure...

Actually, nothing is impossible—this is all from my personal experience. When I was upgrading all players in Chronicle Mode, it consumed a huge amount of beans. I had no idea why it required so many beans; in fact, I even had to remove all the training beans from my entire team just to make ends meet back then. I’ve seen online videos where players on PC modified the number of players and even items to over a hundred thousand! I don’t think it’s excessive to adjust the item quantity to a five-digit number, right? As a matter of fact, I’ve been using items with quantities set to 9999 and 8888 this whole time and haven’t encountered any issues like corrupted save files at all! Of course, if you don’t upgrade your players and are just playing to clear the game, you really don’t need a large number of items.

Of course, you can give the upgrade all players feature a try! Just take all your low-tier players and upgrade them to legendary-tier ones—then you’ll see for yourself if the amount is sufficient. Anyway, it was nowhere near enough for me; it consumed an enormous amount of resources, and I have no idea why!

yea, i upgraded my players from green to orange, but im don't have crazy ammounts of time to upgrade all players, so i upgarded only my team, and left the rest...
Why?
why would i spend my time on useless guys that i won't use?

So this is why you think it’s enough, but I don’t.You only use one main team, while I use one main team plus a bunch of sub-teams.Isn’t the whole point of playing Chronicles all about the players?I really like this game, so even though I still don’t understand a lot of its deeper mechanics, I’ll keep figuring them out slowly. If we’re sure that increasing the item quantity won’t cause any issues at all, then more is definitely better than less, right? What do you think?Just my personal opinion, hehe.

I checked the main cheat file, but why are these two codes missing: [Home Team Goals Set to 0 (Delayed Effect)] and [Away Team Goals Set to 99 (Delayed Effect)]? It’s easy to get stuck in story mode without these two cheat codes.

imo they are only needed if you lack the skill.
i had costum gear/moves and lvl 50 on my team when i made the ONLY game when that codes are needed, and it wasn't very hard to beat my own team, just needed to score 1 and skip the timer.
if we go for situational codes, the inf hp + oko would also need to be modified, because when ced/briar or when against the old cap, or when selecting the team members, if you do those 3 quests with that code enabled, you will get relly stuck/bugged.

The three quests you mentioned might be some missions in story mode that I haven’t played at all — in fact, I didn’t do any side quests in the story and only cleared the main storyline. As for the two cheat codes I brought up: [Home Team Goals Set to 0 (Delayed Effect)] and [Away Team Goals Set to 99 (Delayed Effect)] — they actually solved my problem of getting stuck in the game back then. I really think these two codes are necessary to add. After all, you just mentioned that they’re for players who aren’t very skilled at the game, and I’m exactly one of them. In short, I couldn’t get past that level no matter what I tried, but I breezed through it smoothly after using these two codes. When it comes to playing games, the more convenient it is, the better. Also, the issue you talked about — the game getting badly stuck or bugged when using Infinite HP and One-Hit KO cheat codes during quests — could be reported to @LaMano to see if he can figure out the cause and fix it.
I remember the problem I ran into was during Chapter 6, where there was a plot twist — our home team was swapped to become the opposing side, and the away team became our own side. That’s exactly why I had to use these two cheat codes.
