Got a few Sun Hee brand instant udon bowls today. The microwave kind, with pre-cooked udon noodles in a bag that you just heat up in a microwave with the sauce and dried vegetable packet. $5 a pop (or should I say pot). I will be trying them out.
Starting with "Spicy kung pao".

Aaaand it's not so great. First of all the portion is snack-sized. The noodles are nice, thicc and chewy, but the sauce is bland and underseasoned. It's not spicy at all, and needs more salt. The little package of toasted sesame seeds is great, I just wish it was five times bigger. All in all, not much better than a $1 cup noodle. Would not recommend.
I have sesame teriyaki, and gochujang paste left to try.
