So don't do what I did and keep the item don't decrease cheat active during important parts of the story after the heatran encounter i didn't receive the heatranite or hyperspace butter in my inventory

Yes, you need to check the flags for those two events on your save with PKHeX for them to trigger.

You can use the held item cheats I posted a while back. Your encounter cheats work, so just add the held item cheats to make them hold the megastones you need.

I was able to trigger Mewtwo without PKHeX. I don't know how though because I wasn't trying to unlock it Lol
