just got a new save file and I want the same team I had on my old file.

Use the file from page one with the cheats and just use "Encounter Pokedex Pokemon"

Right click the game, then open save data location, the file named "main" is your save.

You have the dlc which you should install... Not sure if you could only achieve it with a flag (maybe yes) but I think all here did it with the installation of the dlc
