MP4 requires new firmware update on cartridge

Hi,

Prime 4 works fine with the installed leak, but I wish to play with the cartridge I just received, and it asks for a firmware update. I wish to not do that if possible, and my research only lead me to solutions about resetting the firmware requirement for installed games, not cartridges. Is there any way around that ? No solution for physical games that require a specific FW version ?

You can't patch firmware on cart.

Knew it wasn't possible to patch a cartridge, but if there's no other solution, then I guess I'll have to make a decision. Thanks a lot for your answer

Not really for cartridge for like installed content atleast you can mess around with the required firmware, cartridge you can't
