Are there any cheat codes to skip some part of the main story, say at the beggining of the game, skip to the first detective (Emma) quests? So the tutorial is skipped?

Also, another code to enable all the holo elevators at once?

Thanks for the moon Jump code. Wasn’t sure I’d get Froakie because the course is a pain but was able to locate the course end and moon jump to it. But be careful, once I jumped too high and blacked out and ended up at the Pokémon center

For anyone who is interested in fine tuning their cheating, theres a mod on gamebanana by Martmists that lets you add items and set your own exp rate among other things.

According to Google AI this is the answer of where ZA takes place in the timeline of the games.

Right so Galarian Pokemon shouldn't be in it bc those are the gen or 2 after Kalos where Lumiose City is. Galarian is 8th gen and Kalos is 6th gen so Galarian is 2 gens newer than what should be in Legends Z-A.

I know this is a long shot question, but figured I'd ask. There is no way to trade between Pokemon caught in an emulator and ROM with a legitimate copy of the game on a Switch console?

Pokemon Home isn't available yet either, and there are some Pokemon that I'd love to transfer over to my legitimate copy of the game that are shiny. Including an item - mega stone for Greninja.

I don't have the shrug emoji available on my phone so you will just have to imagine it here:

lol all I can say is Pokemon Magic. I've got a Galarian Slowpoke, Im not questioning it's origins! xD

Being 2 or 3 generations ahead doesn't mean there aren't any Pokémon there. It's well known that many Pokémon events happen simultaneously (timeline events), except for those that are said to occur later, such as ZA itself, Gold/Silver, and Hoenn.

Specifically, this Slowpoke, the NPC himself says he comes from a distant region called Galar and he specifically wants to meet the Slowpoke in Kalos, which is totally different from what he knows. No big deal.

Hello! Clarifying question here:
I'm interested in using Azalea's Save Editor for item changing in my save but first I wanted to double check... Do I need to have already owned the item before I put it in the editor? For example if I wanted to add x999 XL EXP Candy (I chose this at random) but I have never had them before in game... will it mess up my save or cause any issues?

I know there are several items you can only have one of and adding more will cause problems but those arent the ones Im interested in adjusting in my inventory anyway.
Still hoping for some insight on this :)

Take the emu save>throw it onto a cfw switch>trade to clean switch. Did this with my switch 2 and cfw switch. Btw you cant trade megastones.

It's not about the story or lor. It's just never been done before putting 2 generation newer pokemon in a game that takes place in a region that was released 2 generations before. SS HG and BD SP only had 1 gen newer pokemon in them iirc and that was bc they were remakes of the og's but an original game having 2 gen newer pokemon than where it's based has never been done before.

No issues with the legitimacy of the Pokemon? Example I use a cheat on the emulator / ROM to have a high shiny rate and catch some Pokemon. I then shouldn't have issues transferring from a cfw switch?

I may ping you for more help. Time to scour for a modded Switch and then attempt this. Ty.

Afaik you have to be online to attempt that and being online gets the modded switch banned. I don't know how that other guy did the trade without getting his modded switch banned or getting his switch 2 bricked. and those pokemon caught using the encounter codes are not legal and won't pass the legality checker when trading to a non modded switch or switch 2.

Thank you for confirming and I appreciate this.
