Codes should all work, but I haven't thoroughly tested the current character exp and badge codes (but they should work, based on how the existing [but flawed] "all characters max exp" code actually works in practice). Back up your save before using any of them (since the game auto-saves excessively) just to be sure

For best results, turn off the codes when the effect will not be seen (IE: turn off "Fairy Skills Have Unlimited Uses" when not in a scenario/companion fairies are not unlocked yet. Badge and Exp codes should be fine to leave on since).

Special note: Do NOT use "All Attack Passive/Defense Badges" on Link before completing the first Legend mode scenario and finishing the forced Badge Market visit or else you will softlock when forced to buy a badge you already have. If it's too late and you need to fix that, use the following:

Weapon badge codes are specifically not provided (except Link's Spinner/Horse badges, as they overlap with item badge values, thus might be accidentally reset) as many characters only have 1 weapon, but for the ones with 2+, the extra weapons' badges would be removed when setting the badges for the default weapon.

Edit: added/updated codes affecting Companion Fairies - as initially they did not function as intended

Edit2: Added weapon skill unlocks after I got the loop code working correctly ("Legendary" and the Master Sword's 2 skills will stay locked until extra conditions are met, so they will display 0 KOs to unlock until then). I'd add other weapon related codes, but those rely on conditionals using an address in a register and I'm unsure how to do those at this time

Edit3: item power up and fairy skill use codes needed a second set of addresses for Legend mode vs Adventure mode

They posted it to the Nexus too. Strange indeed But according to the Nexus file list, it's just a couple text files.

Mind creating a damage multiplier and/or an inf health code

Fairies are already more of a cheat than any cheat code. Invincible Weakling will make you completely immune to damage (and doesn't reduce your attack that much - although even that doesn't matter since you'd generally only need to use it on the "all attacks are devastating" challenges where every hit is a OHKO). Magic Fountain [+] will give you infinite magic and let you OHKO anything that isn't a enemy commander or giant boss with a fairy nuke (and Dual Bombos effects on the fairy will drastically lower the defense of anything that survives). Wall of Water [+] will let you ignore a fixed amount of damage and still get a gold result in the few cases where you still need full attack power. Combine all that with max exp and Fairy Skills Have Unlimited Uses and you shouldn't struggle much at all (and Fairy Skills Have Unlimited Uses even fixes the bug where fairy skill uses would drop to 1 use remaining when switching character mid-scenario)

Adventure mode (where you can get a My Fairy) is available in DE right after you complete the first story scenario, so you should have no problems jump-starting things even on a new save.

Still, an infinite HP code would still result in your damage taken going up (and makes it far easier to rack up a ton of damage taken for no reason), which will prevent the gold medal result on many scenarios. Similarly, a damage multiplier is covered via fairy nukes or just being level 255. Other codes for the game by other people do most of what you want. I had just posted ones I wrote that others hadn't already covered.

I think we can all agree on this: not crediting the person who did the work is clearly a sign of disrespect towards them. How to use:
-Enable [max hp], whenever you get hit, it will recover you to max health
-Enable [max shell], on gain max shell
-Enable [max silk], on use max silk
-Enable [max rosary], on gain/use max rosary
-Enable [max item], on use max item

WARNING!!!!!
After defeating bell beast, disable [max hp] and [max silk], before proceeding to the next area. Failure to do so might cause the game to stuck. Always remember to save and create backup of your save file.

@Az91 as i already wrote in the previous post the file isn't dangerous,it is a copy of your file extracted from atmosphere/contents/TID/cheats, this is the one that contains the zip file published by that user.
