"La Michoacana" is a traditional brand of homemade ice-cream, BUT here's what's special, not just anyone can open a "La Michoacana" Ice-cream store, because "La Michoacana" is licensed and when you pay for a license, you're also taught the recipe of every ice-cream so flavor is consistent between all "La Michoacana" stores throughout the country.

The joke has nothing to do with pechugas, but a more literal joke attained to Mexican culture. It's like if I'd make a Sub-Zero pic throwing La Michoacana ice-cream.
