You have to create a folder called `share` in the root of your SD card. Then create a folder called `netsurf` in the `share` folder. Extract all of the files from the resources.zip file into the `netsurf` folder, such that files like `netsurf.png` and `welcome.html` are directly within the netsurf folder.
yeah but i put the correct folder into the sd card and 3dsx file does not search /share/netsurf/ResourcesI answered this question earlier in this same thread:
That is not the correct folder.and 3dsx file does not search /share/netsuft/Resources
that what coderman said i dont understand bruhThat is not the correct folder.
Yes, he said netsurf and not netsuft. You edited your post.that what coderman said i dont understand bruh
You're supposed to put everything in the netsurf folder directly. There is no Resources folder. If you extract and there is a resources folder, move everything from there to be directly in netsurf, and delete the resources folder.such that files like `netsurf.png` and `welcome.html` are directly within the netsurf folder.
are you still working on netsurf? and i want to thank you so much for making itYou're supposed to put everything in the netsurf folder directly. There is no Resources folder. aww man cannot put javascript on this 3ds homebrew? also i wish that i can download some files in netsurf 3dsThat was also already explained earlier in the thread,
I haven't touched this project in a while. I might get back to it eventually, but life has been busy.are you still working on netsurf? and i want to thank you so much for making it
I'm not aware of any way you could do that. It would also be interesting, because then it has to share 64MiB of memory with the OS, and not have a whole 64MiB to itself, like apps and games do. 64 MiB is already considered minimum spec for running NetSurf's desktop version, afaik.Does anyone know if this could theoretically replace the browser applet? It would be so cool if you could casually replace the stock one with it.
Also try duckduckgo's HTML-only lite mode: https://html.duckduckgo.com/htmlThank you i thought i put the resources folder on it also can you make a javascript for this i cannot search
It's a big, complicated page with lots of code. It probably loads as slowly as just about any other site of similar complexity.@Coderman64 but i test nintendo.com and is loading slow why?
What about the New 3DS? Afaik it also has more memory for the system. Not sure how much tbh.I haven't touched this project in a while. I might get back to it eventually, but life has been busy.

True, but I still don't know if its possible to replace a system applet with a homebrew one. What about the New 3DS? Afaik it also has more memory for the system. Not sure how much tbh.
Hello! The application is a 3dsx, not a CIA, so FBI won't help you here. Try placing the .3dsx file in theSadly, I'm having trouble opening the browser. I know this post is over a year old, but I just found it and tried to download it. Download went good, I was able to make the share and NetSurf folders, as well as extract the resources. It's on the SD for my 3DS but nothing comes up. There's no icon for the browser, but I can see that the 3DS registers that it's downloaded in FBI. What might cause the application to just not show up?

sdmc:/3ds/ folder, and then launching it through the homebrew launcher.
