Hello everyone, probably you already know about this game. This game is an inazuma eleven game for 3ds from 2012 which was released only in Japan, that's why this game is only in Japanese.

My interest in this game lies in the possibility of being able to play all the original installments of inazuma eleven, 1 2 and 3, in one game (including all the versions like Firestorm and Blizzard). That's why I would like to translate it into English so that many other players can play it and enjoy its advantages like the better sprites, the 3D screen techniques, the new opening, the superlink without the need of another console and the compatibility with GO games.

So far I've managed to dump the rom and access its internal files but I haven't managed to find the text files, besides it's a lot of work for one person and I'd like to look for help, that's why I'm making this post.

Even if you don't want to help actively translating and so on, for the moment if someone knows how or where to find the text files to modify them, it would help me a lot.

Thank you very much for your help.

I don't know if anyone is really interested in this project, but anyway I'm going to upload my progress, starting with the translation of the dialogues and names in the ogre version. As you can see in the pictures there are some problems I have to solve with the text. However, this is the first step and I will keep working on this.

Anyone who wants to participate can ask what I'm using to make the translation or can send me their ideas.

Hey there I'm very interested in helping with this -- I have a little bit of experience translating 3ds games and finding the text files, so I might be able to help on that front.

If you would like you can message me on discord at .nectarios, or on here!

You'll need to do something about the spacing in the font, but most of the text are in .dat and .str files which can be viewed in hex editors/crystaltile2.

I did some tinkering with this when I was bored a while back. I didn't spend much time on it as I have other projects I'm working on, but you can "technically" inject files from EUR IE1/IE2/IE3 into the IE123 versions of them and they'll work, you just may get weird issues.

yes, we tried that, replacing the files of the IE1/IE2/IE3 into the IE123 with out mutch expantancy, and as we thought, it didn't work. The thing is that when you translate a inazuma eleven game, you have to mess with the source code and make changes there. Thats the difficult part.

Hey, any idea if you want to provide a translation with the original japanese names in latin alphabet?

✌️

Hey, I wanna help with these, I just decrypted the .3ds and was able to read some japanese lines from different parts of the game but I couldn't understand the meaning of each file yet.

you guys are crazy ! Anyways I can't wait to see the result !!! If i can join your discord to follow your adventure would be nice.
