Sort of, if you use offset 0 instead of 0x70/6c, you can overwrite the current item.
Question, is it the "item" regardless of quantity? Or if paired with the 255 of item mod you replace a single of those 255 items?
So you have 254 of original item + 1 of the added one

Ah, so 780F0000 0000006C to 780F0000 00000000? That should work. Seems like you don't lose some quest items, so I have some leftovers from earlier in the game I can overwrite.

Edit: Can confirm that worked fine. Overwrote an unused quest item from earlier in the game and finished one of the broken quests (actually the same one as Mauped, Lakeside Getaway). Afterwards that item remained in the Important Items section, so I can always overwrite it in future if I need to conjure up another missing item. Many thanks Gamerjin.

It replaces the entire 255 stack with a single copy of the item you spawn.

In which code is this? I'm unable to find 780F0000 0000006C anywhere in cheats (I'm extremely bad at memory and assembly code)

I'm thinking I delete the untested folder on OP as there really isn't any need for it. Thoughts all?
Delete it it may cause some misunderstanding to beginners mixing some codes

I’m absolutely bad with coding… can someone add me on discord and edit my save quickly? (Moment I’m friended I’ll save then send the file lol) got 256 energy chips so… yeah… I wanna go back to the “default” amount

Endlessfate

ok, let give this a try:
so, i have create a self update code generator, so far only important items is done. but for things like energy chips or frozen pizzas, or specific quest items. just click the necessary checkbox and input the number, the spreadsheet does the work.

you should be adjust be change the number in the spreadsheet, but as this is my first spreadsheet, let me know if something is wrong.

So the Number is equivalent to? Item slot or amount?

So far the check option works

The Marry Me quest is getting auto-completed due to the 9999 item code I think. Since it's not an item that is normal to obtain it'll act as if you have it thus completing the quest rather than talking with Hope and setting her affinity mission going. I had a save to test it on so be careful.

As a heads up this messes with certain quests that need to turn in items sometimes too. Like Alexa's first affinity mission as well.

yep already knew this. Then if we are stuck is there a possibility then to just have the quest put into our quest log via a code?

might be something to look into, since some codes instantly pop quests
