all game textures up-scaled (just some vinyls i did not do it because its just don't work only with my save)
Menus and arcade and Tokyo races
I used some car textures from almightypear Enhanced Car Pack mod pack Credits goes to him
It took me 2 game walkthroughs to complete it

use program like idm or free download manger this will help you and the free dowload manger is free and good i do use it

I don't know your case but this texture pack made my PCSX2 get an out of memory crash.

EDIT: TURN OFF 'PRECACHE TEXTURES'

New Update 1.2
Added Missing Textures for online (loading screens, flags, etc)
Changed the Textures From PNGS to DDS for less lag And drop fps
Redused the download size from 4gb to 800mb
