Is it possible to somehow move multiplayer missions to the support missions part of the game, so that we can play them offline in solo mode?
i believe there's a mod for that for the Wii U version of the game.
no need for private servers or any infrastructure whatsoever.
Probably not in the situation you describe it seems. I have a similar problem, where in a side-quest I missed a keycard that a mob was supposed to drop because it was override by the gold chest code. The 9999 for qty 0 code will let you proceed past the dialogue check as if you have it, but if you are required to physically hand the item over then window it pops up (that would list the item if you actually had it) is empty. For example:

For those who have the "items to give not appearing despite the quest saying I have them" because of the 255/9999 cheats: while these quests do sign themselves as having collected the items, said items are still out there available for collection. I had the same problem with Irina's Affinity Quest as well ad Giogo's "retrieve Skell data quest".
Basically the check-list signs them as complete, but the items are still there for you to collect. I know it doesn't help that much, but if you've done the quests before, it's easy to find the place where the items are and collect them.
Still, I would recommend saving before any side-quest because it might be a chore to do, and simply disable the cheats before you do such quests.

I check the code for the Wii U and if I'm lucky I find a string in code near the part modified by the mod. Then I search the same string in the "Switch IDA" and if I'm lucky again I find it, and I find where it's used and it's looking similar to the Wii U version. Then it's only testing and testing again until eventually I found it. Very poor method (impossible to use this method if you cannot find the string) but at least I managed to port the mods for loot that's all I wanted (for endgame farming, oh and by the way I confirm the diskbombs are no longer cheated, I farmed one with MSL-MAG and another without and the 2nd fires only 3 missiles)
Not that I've seen. it just unlocks all the fast travel points on the map. If you haven't actually been there yet it still shows as unexplored on your map.
So when I tried 70 or 71 for 14(73), I got an armor piece for an item. I am also confused as to how b-8=1 when 11(b) - 8 = 3. I kinda need this formula to find existing items quickly. Although I do have an asm for tracing it. I would like to change the number manually sometimes.

The normal weapon/armor drop cheats have no effect on Skell gear drops. If anything, they decrease the chance and enforce normal weapon drops instead. I'm getting all sorts of purple rifles and stuff from Puges and Pugilith enemies.
ok, i have cross-check with both my personal switch AND ida, so unless its the drop codes, and only because i dont understand how they are suppose to work, everything else i have checked.
@Ultimos54 : i have crossed check with ida, and the 500/9999 code does work like it suppose to. the speed code also work as well.

so unless you are playing on an emulator, there is no reason that the codes dont work. i also added in the 0 exp/class xp code and some increase damage to player codes, again my codes do not update the visual, so you wont notice it right away. i also reworked the insta-kill flag code, so it shouldnt be stuck at the 1 hp thing that others have mentioned to me (, and yes, gbatemp isnt my only source for testing things.)
