all good homey, but remember this is a XCX forum. Please keep to the topic and ONLY post XCX codes and mods. Apologies but I was confused cos you posted two different codes for supposedly two different games.

If you create a working gold chest/drop code then awesome

Most of the time, using codes from other games does not work. The opcodes MAY be the same, but the memory locations where you use those opcodes will most likely be different. This happens even to the same game, after it has been updated.

Since apparently the gold chest cheats do sometimes work means at least it's doing something, so someone more versed in cheat making will have to take a look and "fix" them I guess, would still like a working x2/3/4 etc normal exp cheat that doesn't crash the game though, the class exp ones work fine.

I have tested the following codes from the "To be tested" File on 1.0.1 Switch (Some of these may have been intended for 1.0 and i'm unsure if they needed a master code or not):

[exp x3]
04000000 0006B0AC 145B673D
04000000 01744DA0 1E21100C <- crashes game on kill

[exp x5]
04000000 0006B0AC 145B673D
04000000 01744DA0 1E22900C <- crashes game on kill

[damage x4]
04000000 00414CB0 151C47B4
04000000 001CE1B8 1525627E
04000000 04B26BC8 4B130AF9 <- crashes game on enable

[damage x8]
04000000 00414CB0 151C47B4
04000000 001CE1B8 1525627E
04000000 04B26BC8 4B130EF9 <-- crashes game on enable

[party hp tp full 2]
04000000 00410184 F9410016
04000000 00410184 151C5A7B
04000000 04B26B70 F9410016
04000000 04B26B74 18000154 <-- crashes game on enable

[max class exp]
04000000 0034AE38 A9002768
04010000 0034AE38 144FE7DE
04010000 01744DB0 18000068
04010000 01744DB4 A9002768
04010000 01744DB8 17B01821
04010000 01744DBC 0000270F < --- did nothing

[max class exp off]
04000000 0034AE38 A9002768 <--- did nothing

[One Hit Kill On]
04000000 0041741C 14000016
04000000 0041741C 144CB65D
04000000 01744D90 B940A100
04000000 01744D94 7100041F
04000000 01744D98 5400006D
04000000 01744D9C 18000080
04000000 01744DA0 B900A100
04000000 01744DA4 17B349B4
04000000 01744DA8 17B3499E
04000000 01744DAC 00000001 <-- works

[One Hit Kill Off]
04000000 0041741C 14000016 <-- works
They don't work, they need to be updated.

dumb questions
but if gold chest for the wii U version was a value between 0 and 3 decimal, in this version could be the same?
if I try to use cheat engine which type of data should I use?

Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition v1.01
Request :

- Party Damage multiply x2 x4 etc
- Enemy Damage multiply x2 x4 etc
- 100% crit
- Game speed multiply x2 x3 x4 etc
- 100% drop rate

ty

One way to see if those code actually do anything is to place a watch on those instructions. If there is no hit means it's doing nothing. Since you get gold chest anyway you may fool yourself into thinking that there is a difference when were on a lucky streak.

You can already move fast and kill instantly and have all the money and material you could ever have a need for.

the max is 255 in the inventory, I already made the everything you don't have is 9999 code which is more for show as it looks nicer.

Can the FPS be increased without doubling the in game engine of the game? It made QTE's hard to hit when I used the 60 fps mod.

As others have suggested, currently the only way is using Lossless Scaling. There should be a guide on another page.

When you try to press the button for the soul challenge on 60fps cheat, some times it draws the weapon because is double fast, this is really bad, should be a way to increase the time to press the button for the soul challenge.

Guys, the current 60 fps cheat is very simple. It was just made by copying the method of how the first version of the mod for XC3 was made. Wait for the mod pros to make the good mod, I'm sure some of them have already advanced it and are waiting for the game to be officially released (although technically I think it's already on the 20th in Japan and New Zealand)
