I changed Tom's code to do what you requested, However I still would not use it on emulator or with any Non-Tom Codes.
ZR is the normal jump button/will in crease height while hovering. You need to hold ZL to activate the hover. (if used with Tom's 4x speed you get some hilarious results...)

This code just increases the run/walk speed

I just want a hover jump code where you go upwards in height, not one that makes you go up and then has you hover on the spot, there is no fall damage. So the code would just be to increase your height then you can drop whenever and press again haha

if its not and its been updated, we will need to update ALL codes

Ryujinx is the only emulator ive tested it on and it works. You have to turn off ryujinx check for updates option in the settings otherwise it will crash it anytime you load it up. sudachi, yuzu both freeze anytime you try to boot the dump up off it both with the latest firmware/keys files as well.

Requesting a cheat or mod to automatically switch to Japanese audio or unlock audio language before starting a new game.
Right now there's no way to change audio language until starting a new game up to the point of controlling your character and then you can go to options to change it. Reminds me of the dual-audio option of Castlevania Order of Ecclesia.

This. And even if you start a new game AFTER changing ot original language, it is switching back to dub. This is high state of stupidity. It's like they purposely wanted to force the dub on everyone.
