Hacking Tinfoil and nosigchk problems Ive tried everything

Hi, for reference I only just modded my switch. I'm on firmware 19.01, Atmosphere 1.8.0 and hekate 6.2.2.

Tinfoil issues:
I downloaded The tinfoil self installer and put that in my SD card. When installer is opened it installs tinfoil on my switch and it appears as a shortcut on the home menu, but it when I load it just say "Could not start software.".
I have also tried the applet and that gives me the error "failed to list users, error code 01E40000"

Nosigchck:
When loading the Atmosphere CFW option in load on hekate, it gives me the "failed to apply nosigchk" error.
When loading it via the fusee payload it gave me an error "failed to parse exosphere.ini", I solved that by just deleting exosphere as I dont really know what it does, and I can now load into atmosphere.

If it is just a bunch of files I can paste into my SD card that fixes it I can try. I could also just send how my sd card looks via mediafire or something. Someone please help... I have wasted two entire days trying to do this and i have only solved one problem and discovered another. This is stressful.

You should be using fss0 instead of fusee.bin

okay so now i can just put that in my switch with the files from: Hekate+AMS-package3-sigpatches-1.8.0P2-cfw-19.0.0_V6 that i pasted into my root? or do i have to do something to fussee.bin in the bootloaders>payloads folder?

So sorry for all the questions, ive been at this for ages and just want it to work, sorry.

Follow the file structure that it is provided in the files. Don't use fusee.bin, use Hekate to load Sysmmc or emummc if you have an emunand.

im sorry, but i dont understand. use what structure and where is that? is there a video guide i could follow (sorry)

The files are provided in the folder structure that they are suppose to be in, so like patches.ini and hekate_ipl.ini.template suppose to be inside the bootloader, folder and exefs_patches and kip_patches are suppose to be inside the atmosphere folder.

okay thats done, i just copied the two folders in the "HEKATE+AMS" thing into the sd card and it replaced a few things and those files you mentioned are in those places. How do i do this bit you mentioned: "use Hekate to load Sysmmc or emummc if you have an emunand. " (im not sure if i have emunand how do i check?) in hekate it says i have emuMMC enabled.

Okay i just loadded CFW emuMMC in hekate. but tinfoil still isnt working. you solved my other issue though. thank you.

So does Tinfoil load up?
 
Just get rid of sigpatches altogether. Delete the folders containing sigpatches on your SD card and extract this to the root of your SD card.

Then delete the contents of your hekate_ipl.ini file and paste this into it.

After that, reboot and check to see if Tinfoil works. If not, try a different installer like Tinwoo and see if that works.
