Can I delete nussli after installing an app?

I recently softmodded my new (used) Wii U in order to use qol features like pretendo, I also installed nussli so I could download rhythm heaven fever since it’s out of my price range for collecting currently. I don’t want to be tempted to download more games since that’s what killed collecting for the 3ds and Wii for me. I just want some assurance that my Wii U won’t break itself if I delete nussli.

No it won't break anything if you uninstall, If you put a nail in a board with a hammer, then remove the hammer, it won't break the board Man, You're just at the beginning of asking question on Wiiu ^^
