if your on emulator like ryujinx right click on the game you want select open mod directory in that directory create a folder called cheats inside that folder put the cheat file which should be buildid of the game .txt. for nintendo switch on root of sd card go to atmosphere/contents/titleidofgame/cheats/buildidofgame.txt

breeze supports pointer searching without anything else, though. You don't need Pointer Searcher SE. Just use breeze's pointer searcher. It's a little bit more limited than the PC pointer searcher, namely the limit on number of results, but it works fine for 90% of games.

In my opinion tho if you’re going to do that, I recommend the mod on gamebanana that doesn’t seem to mess up the cut scenes and will allow you to use FPSlocker which with the cheat code would clash and no blur cheat wouldn’t turn on. No, currently Breeze do it while the game is in progress, there are many benefits to do that except memory is very limited. I could make it do pointer search from file which then let you go very deep. I might do it some day just not today. It you are thinking about transferring to PC for further processing then no. I think there is really no need to do that. With Breeze running as application there is enough memory to go very very deep ( if you are rational about the settings )
