Don't delete __chunks and __roms because they are like mod plugins. The original file can only read 5 mods. open and edit __chunks if you want to add more mods.

The current mod limit is 50, but the max should be 99 mods like MH Rise.

When i start MH the addons just get forever loading. When i download your pack for MH i get 83 files. In your pix its 84? (Is that offline mission addon? Or am i missing something else?

If the flower icon is still moving, just wait, loading the mod takes time, not even 1 minute

there shouldn't be any problems with the mod list, I've also shared it on Chinese forums before and it's fine .
