Then those are for the og smt v game and yeah you have set specific settings just to get that game remotely playable. I had problems with it too even though my pc very high spec'ed. Everyone has been having problems with that game since it released. From what I remember it doesn't even run well on the actual switch console.

hmm.....not exactly, its more like even if you never got the item, you "technically" still use it. so unless you combine it with "items doesnt decrease" then yes, it will decrease to 0, but the game will think you always have 1, even if the count is 0 or greater than 1.
Doesn't that mean that code is also broken and not working correctly? Shouldn't both those codes be combined into one if possible?
so again, not exactly, the only problem will all items in battle, is that gives all items so unless you have all the items memorized and now how many times to press left or right to quickly get to the item......

Have you tried it with a key item to see? Either way that would take forever to get max of every item.
Yes, it does work on key items. Just checked. Did a quest and the story item was still there with 99/1. I'd advise only using it when you want to dupe something specific. It does work on anything as long as you spend/use it, though, kind of like how the macca and glory cheat work. Personally, I'm gonna use it when I use essences and that's probably it. It'll work in lieu of a specific infinite essence cheat for now even if having to stop to turn it off is annoying. I don't change essences THAT much.

I can already tell you those item codes won't work on emulators bc they're button press codes and button press codes don't normally work on emulators.
I dont play with emulators...sorry...Just try to help...you can try delete the button instruction..maybe that will works with emu

Thought I'd try items don't decrease on a lark since the button combination is only for the code NOT working so thought it might just always be on. When I tired to use an item the game crashed. That probably has something to do with switch specifically and well it wouldn't have solved the key items problem anyway.
It's just the button press codes that doesn't work on emulators. The others should work properly
