There's a port of the 4.19 Kernel to the Wii U, you can find it here: https://gitlab.com/linux-wiiu/linux-wiiu

Let me give you a heads up, however: It can only use a single core of the PPC, it's unable to use the GPU so if you're trying to run graphical stuff on it it's going to be software rendered and last I checked it fucks up the database of synced Bluetooth controllers so you need to resync any Wii Remotes and Pro Controllers when you reboot into Cafe OS.
