Feedback Gaming Hardware Mario vs Donkey Kong Download help

When I download the game Mario Vs Donkey Kong, it is a white loading box on my Switch Home menu with a loading symbol in it. I uninstalled it since it seems unsafe.

Update: resolved. Just had to update system and everything. Thanks again! : )

Or possibly your FW is not high enough, FW requirement for base game is 15.3, but the update is 17.

yeah, I am on 16.1 right now

I don't have other sources, going to try updating to 17.0

It does state for this game -"Key Generation" required FW 17 , so you may have to update FW to play it. Good luck.
