ROM Hack How can i modify the text of tomodachi life?

I tried to follow this tutorial and got stuck at the: " Have a existing dumped romfs folder, either from citra, or from actual 3ds Luma hardware."

What folder is that in luma 3ds and (in case i dont have it because ihnfi) how do i get a "dumped romfs folder"

You have to extract the romfs folder from the game itself. you can do this in GodMode9 by mounting the app or CIA file and copying the romfs folder onto your sd card.

I found the roofs folder, If I have any other problems, I'll will inform
