As far as I know the H&S app is the only app supported by the PayloadLoaderInstaller. But if I understands @Maschell s blog post https://maschell.github.io/homebrew/2020/12/02/failst.html correctly, it should be possible to manually inject it in any other App, that is using type hashes.
Correct. There was even https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-potatohax-a-free-haxchi.605076/ which was more or less haxchi through FailST via Wii U Chat. Got abandoned pretty fast as Tiramisu got released shortly after.
