The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has been leaked almost 2 weeks from release

Nintendo games have the tendency to get leaked days, if not weeks, ahead from the proper release date, and as usual, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is no exception, more so given the anticipation of the sequel to the highly acclaimed Breath of the Wild, released 6 years ago.

The game seems to have been dumped today, May 1st, and shared online already in the familiar NSP and XCI formats, with many already playing it through Ryujinx and Yuzu, though how good compatibility is there with the title is not known yet, but some have cited good performance compared to Switch, which seems to still share the same shuggy gameplay and performance drops that its predecessor had as well in real hardware.

As usual, remember that we don't allow sharing links to ROM sites of any kind, so please avoid posting them.

Managed to get Cheat Engine to work with Ryujinx. Took a bit to save up on resources.
They're easy enough to find when you have more items.
You can do this for your materials and your zonai stuff.

Interesting, glad you're enjoying it!
My mobapad m9-hd just came in today, it has hd rumble, gonna have to see if this game supports normal rumble or HD rumble! Has mechanical buttons and everything! love it already!

Serves them right for being douches and bullies. No respect for Nintendo whatsoever. It's lost.
Famous nintendo youtuber gets copyright striked 2 times putting channel in danger cus of NINTENDO!
Super mario bros battle royale on pc changes sprites to resemble another game but still gets taken down by: NINTENDO
Brawlbrstm loses music catalogue due to guess who, yup you guessed it: NINTENDO!
Official Super mario bros. 35 get pulled from servers for no reason, thanks a lot, NINTENDO!
Comunity Smash World Tour is cancelled for smash players for no good reason, yay, thanks NINTENDO!

Not discrediting the reasoning here, but is there a legitimate reason as to why this doesn't happen to triple a games on other platforms? It seems nintendo is the worst when it comes to leaks, but don't early game copies get shipped for ps4 and xbox one as well?
Can’t play burned Xbox Series games, PS5 afaik doesn’t have much in the way of piracy access. The Switch is multiple emulators and the entire first version of the console can be modded with a paper clip.

Also, I’m 99% certain most of these leakers have a vendetta against Ninty.

you can blame their loyal fanboys their loyalty to them is sickening no matter what they do. all they care about is getting the next mario and zelda game and are too blind to see nintendo turning into the next apple.

To all people having issues on Yuzu, remember to always try out the Early Access build of it, and not any other.
Early Access got a huge performance boost this week, and it's most likely that they have started to push fixes for TotK on the Early Access build as well, so test with that one.

I think the only way to prevent this type of leaks is only sell the game digitally.

There you have it, a free tip for the Nintendo ninjas.

They won't do it since they will lose mad money due to people wanting physical copy.

There is loads of ways. A simple patch would easily solve this. But then it won't work offline for people that don't use their Switches online for example.

I installed this on my switch last night. I've had all day off but barely touched the game. Just been messing with overclocking and testing it on emulators. I just don't think I want to bother with this at 30fps. I'd rather wait for it to get optimized and very playable on one of the emu's.

The game is good, the joining stuff together is a but sus tbh lol. The first shrine requires it... pain in the ass !
