Emulation sd card bricked after atmosphere update

After updating the system version with daybreak, I got the error code 2162-0002 (0x4a2). To solve the problem, I deleted the files in atmosphere/contents/010000000001000, but then when I inserted the sd card into the switch, the sd card was not recognized. Now when I insert the sd card into the computer, I am asked to format it. Is there a way to recover, at least if I format the sd card and install the necessary files again, can I open the switch?

Check under computer management -> disk management to see if SD card show up.

I think sd card corrupted.Now im trying to use miniTool but I don't think it will solve the problem

format the card and then test it with h2testw is problably a fake card or get on last of his days.

can i use the switch as before after formatting or changing to a new sd card now i can't turn on the device in any way
