For the uninitiated, Touhou (formally called Touhou Project) is a series of danmaku shoot-em-ups (or bullet hells) developed by Team Shanghai Alice's sole member, ZUN. It's set in the fantasy world of Gensokyo, a land filled with humans and Youkai sealed off from the rest of the world.
