Sakura-electric blue

Well, this is the first time i ever thought of making a skin so i decided to do it for sakura. I don't know if it will work though or if it is any good because its the first one i've done. If i've done stuff wrong please give me advice on how to make it better.By the way it's in Japanese, i haven't done a English copy and I don't think i will since it's only a test skin.
