You must remove all balls of the same color, by lining them up against eachother in any direction. You have a certain amount of moves on each level. The black balls cannot be removed.

It's not as difficult compared to replacing the disc drive from a 360 which requires flashing the new DVD drive board with the keys from your old drive. Not a very easy process to do.
