GameBoy Advance ROM Manipulator (GBARM in short) is a simple, small tool to
manipulate the GameBoy Advance ROM files, mostly the header informations. Before it was called GameBoy Advance ROM Header Fixer (GBAFix), but due to the reason there was a tool under this name I renamed it to GameBoy Advance ROM Manipulator (GBARM) now. I hope it won't conflict with other GBA related tool names.
