Not all RPGs that came to 4th generation consoles got released on systems besides the Mega Drive were on the SNES, at least not initially. *Ahem* PC Engine aka TG-16

Pre 2020 I'd say buy a Nvidia shield for all games up to ps1 but devices like ayaneo wrecked it with hdmi out same principles but faster SoC
